In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Use of the evip2 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. evip2 strictly enforces a 21+ policy and will require documentary proof of age during the KYC process.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise legally permitted to access and use online betting services under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a current employee of evip2 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have a previously closed, suspended, or self-excluded Account on the evip2 Platform or any Platform operated by an affiliated entity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

evip2 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe specified by evip2 support may result in Account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access the full range of evip2 services, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and ongoing Account maintenance:

evip2 reserves the right to refuse any registration application without obligation to provide a reason for the refusal.

You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any third party to access or use your Account, whether for wagering purposes or otherwise.
• You must notify evip2 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or if you believe your credentials have been compromised.
• evip2 will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or two-factor authentication code through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone.

All wagers, deposits, and withdrawals made through your Account while your credentials remain uncompromised are your sole responsibility. evip2 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, provided that evip2's own systems have not been breached.

evip2 accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are credited in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the Account cashier section at any time. The following conditions govern the processing of all withdrawals:

evip2 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet tokens, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Imlek, and Ramadhan. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by any specific terms communicated at the point of the promotional offer:

• Each promotion may be claimed once per Member unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements (turnover requirements) must be met in full before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements will specify eligible game types. Bets placed on excluded game categories will not count toward the requirement.
• evip2 reserves the right to vary, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Any Member found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating duplicate Accounts to claim multiple bonuses, hedging bets across promotions, or exploiting wagering contribution gaps — will have their bonus forfeited and their Account reviewed for suspension.
• Bonus credits have no cash equivalent and cannot be transferred between Accounts.
• The maximum withdrawal amount from a single promotional bonus may be capped as specified in the individual promotion's terms.

In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of the individual promotion shall prevail.

All wagers placed on the evip2 Platform are governed by the product-specific rules applicable to each betting or gaming vertical. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the relevant game or betting rules.

evip2 reserves the right to void any wager that is placed in error, placed as a result of a manifest technical error in displayed odds or game parameters, or placed in breach of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the evip2 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any Balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including but not limited to depositing funds and withdrawing them without significant wagering activity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tools designed to circumvent the Platform's standard user interface.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies intended to exploit pricing discrepancies in a manner that constitutes abuse of the Platform's commercial terms.
• Colluding with other players in any multi-player game format, including but not limited to Domino QQ, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access another Member's Account without authorisation.
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online betting is expressly prohibited by local law and where evip2 has explicitly geoblocked access.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or financial verification process.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors to place wagers or claim credits that would not otherwise be available under normal operating conditions. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be forfeited.

evip2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other conduct prejudicial to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Members.

Upon suspension or closure, the following steps will be followed:

• You will be notified via the email address registered to your Account.
• Access to the Account and its Balance will be restricted pending investigation.
• If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the Account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released within 5 business days.
• If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, evip2 reserves the right to permanently close the Account and forfeit the Balance in accordance with Clause 9.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned via your registered payment method, subject to KYC completion.

evip2 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to assist Members in managing their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable within Account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Timed alerts and automatic session termination after a Member-defined period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying total session duration and net wagering position.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary (30-day minimum) or permanent self-exclusion, activatable through Account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the selected period.

All content on the evip2 Platform — including but not limited to the evip2 brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, software, text, graphics, icons, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive property of evip2 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial wagering and gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without express written permission from evip2.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use evip2's brand assets, trademarks, or service marks in any marketing or promotional material without prior written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract Platform data for any commercial purpose using automated tools.

Unauthorised use of evip2's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, evip2 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Platform, even if evip2 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Platform downtime, service interruptions, or delays in processing transactions caused by circumstances beyond evip2's reasonable control, including but not limited to bank processing delays, internet service provider outages, natural disasters, or government action.
• The accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any odds, game result, or statistical data displayed on the Platform.
• Third-party game studio software errors, provided that evip2 has taken reasonable steps to use only certified and reputable studio partners.

Nothing in these Terms limits evip2's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

In any event, evip2's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

evip2 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

In summary, evip2 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and transaction history for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, financial reporting, and the delivery of evip2 services. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction under which evip2 operates, as supplemented by internationally recognised principles of online gaming regulation.

In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the following escalation process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact the evip2 support team at [email protected] with a full written description of the dispute. evip2 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve the matter within 10 business days.
2. Formal Complaint: If the matter remains unresolved after the informal resolution period, you may escalate to a formal written complaint addressed to the evip2 compliance team. evip2 will provide a final written decision within 20 business days of receiving the formal complaint.
3. Binding Arbitration: If the formal complaint procedure does not result in a resolution acceptable to both parties, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body designated by evip2. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

You agree that any claim against evip2 must be brought on an individual basis and not as part of any class action or representative proceeding.

evip2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, evip2 will notify registered Members via the email address associated with their Account and will update the "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure as described in Clause 10.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. evip2 recommends checking this page whenever you receive a notification of change.
